- Delivery charge £175*, and delivery is within 14 days to most UK Mainland addresses
- Managed by a specialised two-person team, with longer allocated on-site for careful handling, and setup if appropriate
- Kitchens and bathroom items - delivered boxed to the room of your choice for future installation by qualified installers
- Home design projects - includes unpacking and placement of all items, including large accessories
- Chawton furniture: items up to two tiers high will be assembled by our team. Taller pieces, that require more skilled installation will be delivered boxed for later assembly

- Northern Ireland charged at £100, delivered within 21 days
- UK remote areas, Highlands & Islands charged by postcode area
- Republic of Ireland €250, delivered within 21 days

Returns
- Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, although we may ask you to pay additional courier fees
- Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund
- Made-to-order upholstery may be cancelled within 7 days of order
- Painted-to-order designs must be cancelled 28 days prior to delivery
