• Delivery charge £30*, and delivery within 14 days to most UK Mainland addresses*
• Items will be delivered to your doorstep or entrance*
• Products require minimal assembly and therefore no assembly or installation is offered unless you upgrade to our Premium Home Delivery Service at a cost of £70* at checkout

* Exclusions

• Northern Ireland charged at £50, delivered within 21 days
• UK remote areas and Highlands & Islands, delivered within 21 days by pallet kerbside delivery at a cost of £200 +5% of the order value
• Republic of Ireland €60, delivered within 21 days

Returns

• Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, although we may ask you to pay additional courier fees
• Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund, as long as your item has not entered the despatch process
• Made-to-order upholstery may be cancelled within 7 days of order
• Painted-to-order designs must be cancelled 28 days prior to delivery
