With gentle swashes of paint, bold daubs of colour and lines suggestive of hills and grasses, this print by Miranda Carter, part of her Affinity series for us, has the feeling of a rain-washed landscape but is also full of dynamism and movement. There are four prints in the collection, all of which are large-scale, statement pieces, although this is one of the two slightly smaller ones.

Meet the artist

Miranda Carter is a Wiltshire-based artist who created abstract, large-scale paintings suggestive of land, sea and sky-scapes. Some are dramatic, others much calmer, but look closely at any of her paintings and you’ll see marks, lines and the occasional dash of brighter colour that give them a dynamic feel.

  • Hang the artwork in a shady spot out of direct sunlight and avoid displaying it in places with moisture or frequent temperature changes, such as a steamy bathroom or near a freezer or oven.
  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth or air from a can,
  • Do not clean with abrasive materials, as these may scratch the glass.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely fastened to the wall.

  • Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, athough additional courier or collection fees may apply
