It contains Surface Soap for general upkeep, along with targeted cleaners for grease stains and water marks. The kit also includes a microfibre e-cloth for applying the products. What is IsoGuard®?

IsoGuard® is our VOC- free, linseed-based finish oil that
helps to protect your Neptune oak furniture while preserving its natural
beauty. Unlike traditional varnish, which sits on the surface, it bonds with
the wood at a cellular level, forming a fine protective film that ensures long
lasting beauty.

Includes:

  • Surface Soap, 100ml, for removing dirt and stains.
  • GreaseSpot Remover, 100ml, for removing grease stains.
  • LimeSpot Remover, 100ml, for removing lime spots and alkaline stains.
  • Microfibre cloth.

How to apply Surface Soap:

  1. Clear the surface of any dust.
  2. Spray the Surface Soap onto the furniture.
  3. Clean with a microfibre cloth.
  4. Allow to dry for roughly 15 minutes. Do not use the surface until it is completely dry.

How to apply GreaseSpot Remover & LimeSpot Remover:

  1. First, attempt to remove the stain with Surface Soap.
  2. Apply the product to stains as soon as possible after they occur.
  3. Spray directly onto the stain and leave to sit for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pat dry with a cloth (do not wipe).
  5. Clean the whole surface thoroughly with Surface Soap after use.

For stubborn stains, you may need to repeat the procedure several times.

  • Free delivery to Republic of Ireland over €250, otherwise €30

Larger furniture deliveries:

  • Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service*
  • Arrives ready for simple assembly, or built for you by our own specialist delivery team
  • Three service levels depending on your chosen product
    Standard £30* - delivered directly to your doorstep
    Premium £70* - delivered to your room of choice, assembled & packaging removed and recycled
    Project £175* - more complex assembly or larger orders
  • We contact you to arrange delivery as soon as your order is ready

Returns

  • Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, athough additional courier or collection fees may apply
  • Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund
  • Made-to-order and painted-to-order designs cannot be amended, cancelled, or returned after this time
