A warm welcome
Tucked away in the hamlet of Bridge Trafford, a stone’s throw from the historic Roman city of Chester, stands Neptune Chester. A converted former pub on the banks of the river Gowy, it’s surrounded by acres of idyllic countryside and set in extensive gardens.
Below double-height pitched ceilings you’ll find designs for every room of the home. There’s even a small cottage in the grounds housing an edit of our solid oak Henley collection. And once you’ve finished taking in your surroundings, The Chester Fields pub and restaurant, situated moments from our front door, is just the place for a restorative bite to eat.
Who you'll meet
We’re a small but happy team of seven. Hannah and Joe, are our store leaders. Hannah, James and India are our designers, and between them they’ve worked on all sorts of projects, from bespoke kitchens to boot rooms. Together with our home specialists; Fiona, Sue and Jo we’re all here to make decision-making that bit easier, and to help in any way we can.
We’ve got all manner of designs to choose from, including Lloyd Loom or teak styles and our charming townhouse-inspired granite or marble-topped Boscombe table and chairs.

Need to Knows
We have our own dedicated customer car park with more than 30 spaces as well as disabled parking bays. And it goes without saying that it’s free to park.
We have wheelchair ramps but we don’t have a lift, so the upstairs section has limited access. If there’s anything you would like to check with us before you visit, we’re just one call away.
There’s a little section of the store where you can park your pram should you want to. Inside, it’s lovely and spacious so even a double buggy will find its way around.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome too. But if you’re the proud owner of four Great Danes, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
Get in touch
If you’d rather not call, you can send us a message using this little form. You can also use this form to leave us any feedback, good or bad. We’d love to know what you think.
