1. The Prize

  • One winner will receive a £500 Neptune gift voucher and a £500 Penelope Chilvers gift voucher.
  • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • No cash alternative will be offered.
  • Neptune and Penelope Chilvers gift vouchers may be used online or in any store.

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Neptune, Penelope Chilvers, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Start and Closing Date

  • The competition opens on Friday 8th August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 31st August 2025.
  • Entries received after this date will not be included in the prize draw.

4. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received through the online form before the closing date.

5. Notification

  • The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
  • The entrant will be contacted by Neptune (Europe) Ltd via email.

6. Claiming the Prize

  • The winner must provide their full name and postal address to receive the prize.
  • The prize will be dispatched within 14 days of confirmation.
