On submission of the form provided we’ll arrange a courier collection to collect your item(s) within 48 hours of your request. If you’re not at home when the courier arrives, they’ll leave a returns label and you’ll need to take the item to your nearest drop off location.
If you requested a large accessory or furniture pick-up, our team will be in touch directly to offer collection days from your original delivery address.
