  • Two interior shelves are adjustable on our traditional zig-zag shelving system.
  • Shelves on the inside of each door feature removeable bronze bars for keeping delicate objects secure.
  • Discreet touch sensor at the back of the surface operates the dimmable LED lighting.
  • Cut-out at the back of the surface for cable management.
  • Top section is hand-finished with a customisable eggshell paint.
  • Solid oak base protected with Natural Oak IsoGuard.
  • Height-adjustable legs for levelling.
  • Doors close softly and securely on concealed magnetic catches.
  • Our oak furniture is protected by our IsoGuard® treatment, designed to repel water and provide short-term protection against spillages. For best results, promptly wipe away any liquid to avoid staining.
  • Dust furniture regularly with dry e-cloth and gently remove marks with a damp one as needed.
  • Our tannins spot stain remover is cleverly formulated to lift stains from the surface should you require it.
  • For a deeper clean, our surface soap is specially formulated to efficiently remove dirt and marks without removing the protective IsoGuard® finish.
  • Avoid standard furniture cleaners and polishes, as these may damage the finish.
  • To maintain a well-loved Neptune piece, our care kit and treatment oil can be used every couple of years to refresh furniture and keep it looking its best.

Smaller parcel deliveries:

  • Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
  • Next day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 2pm, no minimum spend.
  • Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:

  • Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
  • Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.

Our renewed collection brings together ex-display, customer returns, and samples from our photoshoots. Some have never been used, while others may have a small imperfection or two.

The designs are in good overall condition though they may show signs of use (such as small scratches, hairline cracks, and paint chips) or natural cosmetic variations(such as knots and discolouration). Anything beyond minor imperfections will have been carefully repaired by our dedicated Wiltshire team to ensure every renewed design still carries our lifetime guarantee.
