Delivery
Smaller parcel deliveries:
- Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
- Next working day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 2pm on a working day, no minimum spend.
- Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).
Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.
Larger furniture deliveries:
- Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
- Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
- International orders will be shipped via our trusted international delivery partners. See our full delivery policy for details.

Returns
- Made-to-order and painted-to-order designs cannot be amended, cancelled, or returned.
- Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, though courier or collection fees may apply.
- Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
