• Each skilled weaver has a slightly different style, resulting in variations in shading and size that add to the inherent beauty of each unique piece.
• Suitable for medium traffic areas.
• Suitable for use with underfloor heating.
• We advise a rug pad to keep the rug in position.
• Gently vacuum regularly without a brush attachment and occasionally shake outdoors.
• Tuck any loose threads back in with a needle or cut them carefully. Try not to expose the rug to excessive sunlight or moisture.
• For small marks, spot clean as soon as possible with a damp colour-fast cloth and dry immediately.
• For a deeper clean, we recommend professional dry cleaning.

Returns

• Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, athough additional courier or collection fees may apply
• Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund
• Made-to-order and painted-to-order designs cannot be amended, cancelled, or returned after this time
