This basket's low and slender proportions are designed to fit neatly onto the undershelf of a console table, where it can be used to store anything from books to blankets. Somerton is crafted from strong Kubu rattan, and each basket features a simple braided weave that brings artisanal warmth and texture to the home.

Natural material

Kubu rattan is a fast-growing natural fibre native to Indonesia. It’s highly renewable and biodegradable, making it a very sustainable choice. Rattan’s dense fibres are immensely strong, while its natural hue is an attractive grey-brown. As with any natural material, there will be subtle variations and no two baskets will be exactly the same.

  • Regularly dust with a feather duster.
  • Keep away from water. 

This item is usually delivered using our Standard Parcel Delivery service, and can be upgraded to our Next Day Delivery service

  • For items that are in stock, standard parcel deliveries will arrive within 5 days to all postcodes
