From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
When it comes to designs upholstered in a made-to-order fabric or painted in a bespoke colour, there’s also a 20% returns/cancellation fee. We’d love to not have to charge a penny for this, but as they’re made just for you, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to sell them again.
If you’ve bought something from us outside the UK or Ireland, just get in touch with the store you bought it from – or with our international team if you bought it through them – and they’ll let you know how you can return or exchange it.
And talk to our international team on +44 (0)1793 427 427 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The textiles in our fabric library range from pure linen to rich velvet and wool, and each one has its own character. Tone and texture can vary slightly from thread to thread, and expect to see the occasional slub in our linens. You can learn more about each fabric’s personality here, to see which one best suits your home.
We’ll deliver your footstool to your chosen room and take away all the packaging.
We’ve put together this guide on taking care of your upholstered pieces so that they stay looking as beautiful as the day you first brought them home.
A closer look at Eloise
Frame and filling
We build our frames using solid timber and proper jointing (we see them as pieces of furniture in their own right), with webbing, wadding and serpentine springs to provide support. Each of our footstools and ottomans is designed with a specific filling ratio to best suit its character. In Eloise’s removable top, we’ve used just one type of foam – enough to keep its shape and to make it a comfy place to perch.
Form and function
Eloise might be a nice place to sit, but it also has generous storage space when you lift the lid – perfect for blankets, bed linen or even board games in downstairs spaces. The inside of the lid is padded too and the interior is lined with muted cotton, which give it a secure and snug fit.
For Eloise, you’ll find high calibre pistons that make sure it opens easily, and shuts slowly and softly as you guide it down. The lid will hover just before it shuts to give any fingers time to hop out of the way. And there’s no handle either – everything about Eloise’s appearance is unfussy, letting the piping guide you to where to lift.
