The Chichester laundry shelf provides storage in three ways, without taking up an inch of floor space. The top shelf features a lengthways groove, so you can securely display favourite prints or decorative plates. Use the rounded solid oak hanging rail for towels or linens, and the five pegs below for hangers.

Tapering pegs with rounded ends to hold items securely. Oak protected with Natural Oak IsoGuard. Hand-finished with a customisable eggshell paint.

Design inspiration

Our co-founder John and creative founder Emma turned to antique shops and reclamation yards to furnish their first home. They were drawn to classic Georgian furniture, and the pieces they chose inspired Chichester – our first interior collection. This influence is evident in Chichester’s traditional farmhouse feel and its defining features including elegant proportions, decorative mouldings and carved skirting. 

  • Our oak furniture is protected by our IsoGuard® treatment, designed to repel water and provide short-term protection against spillages. For best results, promptly wipe away any liquid to avoid staining.
  • Dust furniture regularly with dry e-cloth and gently remove marks with a damp one as needed.
  • Our tannins spot stain remover is cleverly formulated to lift stains from the surface should you require it.
  • For a deeper clean, our surface soap is specially formulated to efficiently remove dirt and marks without removing the protective IsoGuard® finish.
  • Avoid standard furniture cleaners and polishes, as these may damage the finish.
  • To maintain a well-loved Neptune piece, our care kit and treatment oil can be used every couple of years to refresh the furniture and keep it looking its best.
