Lily Paint

• Clean brushes with warm water and soap.  
• When painting a space where humidity and temperatures fluctuate, drying times may be longer.  
• We recommend purchasing as much paint as you need in one go so it’s from the same batch and keep some spare for touch-ups.  
• Colours may vary slightly with each pot – once open, stir thoroughly to ensure the paint is well mixed.  
• Recycle the metal tin and plastic handle separately at home.  

Delivery

Smaller parcel deliveries:

• Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
• Next working day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 2pm on a working day, no minimum spend.
• Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:

• Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
• Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
• International orders will be shipped via our trusted international delivery partners. See our full delivery policy for details.

Returns

• Made-to-order and painted-to-order designs cannot be amended, cancelled, or returned.
• Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, though courier or collection fees may apply.
• Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
