  • Northern Ireland charged at £50, delivered within 21 days

Returns

  • Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, although we may ask you to pay additional courier fees
  • Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund, as long as your item has not entered the despatch process
  • Made-to-order upholstery may be cancelled within 7 days of order
  • Painted-to-order designs must be cancelled 28 days prior to delivery

Anything beyond minor imperfections will have been carefully repaired by our dedicated Wiltshire team to ensure every renewed design still carries our lifetime guarantee.
