• Our oak furniture is protected by our IsoGuard® treatment, designed to repel water and provide short-term protection against spillages. For best results, promptly wipe away any liquid to avoid staining.
• Dust furniture regularly with dry e-cloth and gently remove marks with a damp one as needed.
• Our tannins spot stain remover is cleverly formulated to lift stains from the surface should you require it.
• For a deeper clean, our surface soap is specially formulated to efficiently remove dirt and marks without removing the protective IsoGuard® finish.
• Avoid standard furniture cleaners and polishes, as these may damage the finish.
• To maintain a well-loved Neptune piece, our care kit and treatment oil can be used every couple of years to refresh furniture and keep it looking its best.

• Next working day delivery £9.95, available on small parcel deliveries to most UK mainland addresses*. Order before 2pm on a working day, no minimum spend
• Standard parcel deliveries to qualifying UK postcodes* will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers for in-stock items

• Free delivery to Republic of Ireland over €250, otherwise €30

  Standard £30* - delivered directly to your doorstep
  Premium £60* - delivered to your room of choice, assembled & packaging removed and recycled
  Project £150* - more complex assembly or larger orders
• We contact you to arrange delivery as soon as your order is ready

Returns

• Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, athough additional courier or collection fees may apply
• Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund
• Made-to-order and painted-to-order designs cannot be amended, cancelled, or returned after this time
