• Kitchens and bathroom items - delivered boxed to the room of your choice for future installation by qualified installers
• Home design projects - includes unpacking and placement of all items, including large accessories
• Chawton furniture: items up to two tiers high will be assembled by our team. Taller pieces, that require more skilled installation will be delivered boxed for later assembly

• Northern Ireland charged at £100, delivered within 21 days
• UK remote areas, Highlands & Islands charged by postcode area
• Republic of Ireland €250, delivered within 21 days

Returns

• Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, although we may ask you to pay additional courier fees
• Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund
• Made-to-order upholstery may be cancelled within 7 days of order
• Painted-to-order designs must be cancelled 28 days prior to delivery
